1. No Refunds on Completed Services
GeetVeda – Refund & Exchange Policy
At GeetVeda, we are committed to delivering high-quality astrology products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a defect or wish to exchange your item, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy (7 Days for Defective Items)
- We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your email/contact] with:
- Order ID
- Photo/video of the defective item
- Brief description of the issue
- Once approved, we will arrange for the return pickup or guide you on how to ship it back.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
2. Exchange Policy (14 Days)
- Exchanges are available for unused items in their original packaging.
- You must request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Valid reasons for exchange include:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind (subject to approval)
- Gift exchange
- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the product was sent incorrectly or damaged.
3. Important Notes
- Personalized, used, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
- For astrology consultation services, no refunds or exchanges apply.
2. Session Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If you’re unable to attend your booked session:
Please let us know at least 6 hours in advance.
We will happily reschedule your session once, at no extra cost.
Shorter notice may lead to cancellation without refund, so please inform on time.
3. Payment Issues or Errors
Made a double payment or payment failed but money was deducted?
✅ Don’t worry!
We will:
Review your transaction within 3–5 working days.
If confirmed, refund the extra amount directly to your original payment method.
💡 Please keep a screenshot or transaction ID ready to help us verify quickly.
4. Exchange of Services
Sometimes, clients book the wrong service by mistake (e.g., astrology instead of tarot).
If you realize this within 2 hours of booking and before the session starts, you can request to switch services (based on availability and price difference).
Once the reading or report is delivered, no exchange is possible.
💬 Example: If you already received a tarot session, you can’t switch to a kundli reading.
5. Missed Appointments / Late Arrivals
We respectfully request you to join your session on time.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your session may be shortened or considered completed.

If you miss your session entirely without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Respecting time allows us to serve everyone sincerely.
